Nearly ten years ago I joined a small tech start-up as a graphic designer. As the company grew rapidly, the need to elevate the employee experience became a necessity. I made it my passion to take to heart the core values of the brand and translate them into memorable visual designs and experiences.

My personable demeanor allowed me to identify needs as the brand grew. I began designing new hire handbooks, curated uniform looks and sent handwritten birthday cards to every team member. Fast-forward a few years, I built and managed a company-wide tenure recognition program for 20,000 team members.
